We have listened to our consumers’ concerns regarding our use of palm oil and are now striving to do our part in preserving the rainforests and nurturing the natural habitat of orangutans and other creatures; in preventing pollution, deforestation, and reduced biodiversity brought on by the destruction of plantations; and in respecting the land belonging to indigenous people.
This shift ensures that our company continues to provide gourmet-quality vegan cookies while also taking care of our environment. We hope you will continue to enjoy our cookies.
Starting tomorrow, September 4, 2013, orders placed online will no longer be shipped through USPS. We will be switching to mailing your orders through FedEx.
We have had problems with lost packages and the inability to provide tracking numbers. The solution we settled on is to make the switch. Unfortunately, this means we can no longer ship to P.O. boxes.
Packages with APO/FPO P.O. box addresses will still be mailed through USPS.
Shipping is still free within the US; we do not ship to Puerto Rico. We still charge a $15 fee to Canada.
We just learned that FedEx adds an extra charge upon the arrival of the delivery to Canada. Due to this, we will continue to ship to Canada using USPS.
The long wait is finally over. We are proud to announce that our gluten-free line is now available for online purchase!
There is still a 3-pack/15-cookie minimum at a total of $40.50. Shipping is still free.
We ship our gluten-free cookies separate from the original line, and we do this because we do not want allergens co-mingling. This also means that we cannot mix totals for both lines. If you order from both lines, you will have to meet the 3-pack minimum for the original and the 3-pack minimum for gluten-free.

As of today, August 1, 2011, our Mac the Chip Cookie is now being made without soy. This means that our whole facility is now soy-free. There still will be cookies with soy in the stores until they get sold. If the code printed on the cellophane wrapper is 11213 or larger, it is soy-free. Enjoy!
